Applications and Enrolment
There are two ways to apply for a program at the College:
Most international students find it convenient to use the services of one of our accredited international agents in their own country. Check for the addresses of international agents in your region. These agents will make all the necessary arrangements for you and the College encourages you to use their services.
You can also enrol directly through the College. This may suit students who are already studying in Perth, and also those living in countries where the College has no official agents. Students applying directly to the College can take the following steps to enrol.
Make an Enquiry
- Contact: The International Students Office

Send the completed application form with certified copies of your birth certificate and most recent school results to the International Students Office at the address shown above.
The College will then assess your eligibility for the course you have requested, and send you an Letter of Offer.
Send your Fees Payment
To secure a place at Tuart College you must forward the fee which is stated on your Letter of Offer. This fee includes your bond. Once Tuart College receives confirmation of your payment, we will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE). The eCoE is required to complete your application for a student visa.
Apply for a Student Visa
- When you receive the eCOE Form, contact your nearest Australian diplomatic mission, either Embassy or High Commission, and request that processing of your student visa be commenced.
Allow a minimum of six weeks before orientation starts for your visa to be issued. Visas will be processed only when an eCOE Form has been issued.
Arrange Travel to Perth
- Allow plenty of time to organise your flight to Perth, particularly if you are arriving in January when flights are heavily booked. Advise the College of your arrival date and time.
Arriving in Perth
- The College organises airport reception and transfer to accommodation for the orientation period.
Orientation and Subject Enrolment
- The College provides a compulsory orientation program, at no extra charge to students. Accommodation is included for this period. During the program, permanent accommodation is finalised, and students are given course counselling and enrolled in subjects in the TEE and Foundation Programs.
